ESC serves a mid-day meal five days a week. Our meals are served buffet style—with stations for hot and cold foods
$6 LUNCH - MONDAY THRU FRIDAY – 12:00 Noon Non-Members pay $7
Our weekday menu includes a hot entrée, various salads and veggie sides, a starch (potatoes, rice, pasta), and homemade desserts. Coffee, hot tea, ice tea, milk and ice water are available with the meal.
Weekday meals October – April begin with a homemade soup course. Soup is a nice way to warm up when the weather is cold.
Every Tuesday during the summer is Super Duper Soup and Salad Day – with homemade soups and an array of special, garden fresh salads. Some Tuesdays feature a baked potato bar or a taco bar—along with the soups and salads.
Every first Monday of the month is Liver & Onions Monday (an alternative entrée is always available for those who do not care for L&0)
Every third Wednesday - Birthday Celebration Our menu that day is our famous meatloaf. All members with birthdays during the month enjoy a free meal.

Every third Sunday in the month is roast turkey dinner with all the traditional fixin’s.
