With her unique viewpoint she will bring insight as an employee, volunteer, and member who loves the ESC and wants to help it improve.

He would like to help the ESC maintain its current level of success and make improvements where possible.
Rick Halstead

Rick brings with him 25 years of supervisory experience to the board, 15 of them were held with the irrigation district. He sat on the Executive Board where he helped negotiate 4 major multi-year contracts for the district. While working on a farm he also operated his own business. He says he is reasonable, hard-working, and fair and that such traits could be of worth on the board. He aims to bring new ideas for the betterment of a great organization.

Mary Chambers
