The ESC has several “standard” events each year.

Valentine's Day

Every Valentine’s Day weekend, we host a special "Hearts and Flowers Brunch". There is a chocolate fountain, homemade pastries, a coffee bar, “champagne” fountain, and a hot table filled with every breakfast egg, meat, and potato dish imaginable.  Live music.

 

Mother's Day

Every Mother’s and Father’s day we host a special Sunday meal—with decorations, entertainment, and special favors for all women—or men.

 

Ephrata Sage-N-Sun

In August, during Ephrata’s Sage N Sun, we offer parade viewing from outside the Center followed by an “after the Parade” luncheon featuring BBQ hot sandwiches, salads, and ice cream Dixie Cups with homemade cookies.  Sage N Sun is always the time of the ESC’s annual raffle.

 

Murder Mystery Dinner

Mid October is the time of our Annual Murder Mystery Dinner.  You’re invited to come in costume and to play a role in the mystery play.  Who Dunnit?  We find out every October is one of our premier fun (and delicious!) events.

 

Holiday Prime Rib Dinner

We end the year with a famously popular Holiday Prime Rib dinner. Patti Donovan has been catering special events in the Central Basin for 40 years. Prime Rib is her speciality.  This is a “must do” holiday dinner.

 

Other Special Events

Finally, the ESC hosts different special events every year.  Look for fashion shows, English teas, Hawaiian Luau’s, Antique Road Shows, Dog Shows, music concerts, dances, music jams, and dance performances.
