Tremendous Thanks to Donors
We would like to pass along our gratitude for our recent donors. Jeanette Marboug and John Daling brought us in quite a few turkeys. With our monthly turkey dinners at the ESC, we use about 60 turkeys a year! Their donation will help us cut costs throughout the year for one of our biggest lunches. We would also like to thank Raymond Neff for his monetary donation on behalf of Kim Randolph Meaney at Pillar Rock Reality. Once again, we need to thank Andreia & Azad Tarikian from Soap Lake whom are regular donors and we at the ESC benefit greatly from their food donations. Scott McDonald stopped by the center the other day and did some leaf removal for us that we are so grateful for.
Upcoming dates at the ESC
Our SAIL class will be back to meeting after our Thanksgiving break on Monday, December 2nd at 2pm. On Thursday, December 5th we will be hosting our Annual Membership meeting at 11pm to discuss updates, news, and suggestions at the Ephrata Senior Center and the ESC Thrift Store. Stay after the meeting if you enjoy hot turkey sandwiches. On Friday, December 6th we will be headed out to George for their First Friday Jam Session for some great tunes and a potluck spread. Call the center at 754-2382 to sign up for the trip for just $5.
Please keep in mind that we have moved our ESC Book Club meetings to the second Tuesday of every month at 3:30pm. If you’d like to join us, pick up Killers of the Flower Moon by David Grann from the Ephrata Public Library.
