I worked for the City of Mercer Island for fourteen years and then for the City of Redmond for thirty years before retiring as their Safety Program Administrator. I have been involved in the church that I have attended in various locations as a Minister, a Deacon and as a Song Leader since 1966. I enjoy working with people in any capacity that I am needed. I have been associated with the Senior Center since Carol Hampton heard me playing the piano at the Basin Retirement Apartments and invited me to come and play the piano at the Senior Center in 2013. I still play the piano but it is getting hard for me to push the keys down, so I moved to an electric piano that I bought from the Senior Center Thrift Shop.
